Saturday 10th May 2025 - Coedty Reservoir

The walk on May 10 will start at 1000  from a small car park at grid reference 758672 and W3W . This is a short distance before the Coedty Reservoir.

To get there take an unmarked road just after the Y Bedol Inn in the village of Tal y Bont on the B5104. It is a steep narrow road usually with very little traffic. Aim as if heading for the Lyn Eigiau car park but take a left turn marked for Coedty at about the highest point.

The walk will explore both valleys and the industrial heritage of quarries, mines, tramways and waterways.

There is one climb(on grass) of about 100m to move between the valleys.

Hope to see you all there.
