Route Description:
The walk heads out of Glenridding car park, through the village, then follows a path traversing  the hillside above Glenridding Beck and Helvellyn Youth Hostel.  Route then climbs steadily alongside the beck to Red Tarn followed by the climb to Catstye Cam .  Return to tarn, then continue over Birkhouse Moor , then descend following wall to Lantys Tarn for return to Glenridding.
