4 double rooms & 1 x 3 bedroom booked in Hotel Drie Mohren Ludwigstrase 65, Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Germany. - Cost £410 per person.
Options for climbing the Zugspitze (highest mountain in Germany) were discussed: - Decision still to be made.
1 day walk from the Austria side
2 day walk from the Germany side, involving a stay in a mountain hut (Knorr Hutte).
Finances: Club funds = £300 +.
As decided in 2023 AGM funds to be removed from the DMC NatWest Account and new account set up to allow easier access i.e. not requiring two signatures, as it is currently impractical and the walking club is no longer funded by Eli Lilly or Elanco. Mal & Karen to liaise Jackie to arrange signatures to withdraw the funds.
