Park at the former Alsop station car park just off the A515. Grid ref 156548, W3W /// imprinted.reforming.rage
The walk joins the R Dove in Milldale and goes south along its east bank for 2.7 m.
Just before the famous stepping stones we leave the river and go through Thorpe to join the Tissington Trail. We follow the Trail north for 4.25 m back to the Alsop car park.
